Such a wonderful experience with a company that is honest, personable, flexible, and high-quality! My air conditioner in a commercial building went out right before I left the country for two months, so there were all kinds of added complications of coordinating through family members who do not live locally, even before the complications of needing to hire a crane. The original quotes given were worlds away from the other company I received quotes from (the one on their low-end was a full $6,000 less than that same unit quoted from the other company), and the folks at Carolina Preferred Services furthermore helped me through considering the different options in their quotes so I could make the best decision for my home—all while I was overseas. They worked quickly to get the extra permits needed for my building so that everything was finished by the time I returned home to a cool home. Even after my return they went above-and-beyond to help coordinate with county inspector. I am fully convinced that I received the best deal possible on the best system with expert service, and I look forward to working with them in the future for all of my HVAC needs.
